Confirmed, it is the MPE with Carbon Tips!

The official communication states this will save $6500 vs ordering the options all on their own... So if you're looking for a fully loaded car you're basically getting the Competition Package free (its $6500 as well)

All of this is pretty sweet. Would have done it if I wouldn't just had my M4 two weeks ago.

More colour choices is really good thing.

Odd Laguna Seca Blue is listed as Metallic. Over here it's a solid paint. Is it not over there?

They also speak of titanium brakes. I think someone did not proof read this announcement.

I don't see the Carbon Ceramic Brakes in the package

The individual paint colours listed are no charge with the Ultimate it says

I guess it will need to be clarified. There are two ambiguities in the guide:
  • Titanium brakes

Pretty good package, thanks guys for posting this up. Needs to be linked with the "Would you pay $100,000 for an M3/4" thread in the other section. Lol, this'll make the majority of CDN cars easily a hundred and then some...and throw our U.S. friends into a real tizzy over what we pay here.

It's important to note that while they state the prices of he carbon package and the competition package there is some overlap of things you pay for twice as they are in both packages (all the blacked out bits)

There is lots wrong with the bulletin. The numbers don't add up at all and you can't have full merino and extended merino leather on the same car. I don't even see where there is much savings base on just the stuff they mention.

okay so pricing a MY2017 M3:
$4500 Premium Package
$1500 Driver Assistance Package
$6500 Competition Package
$5000 Executive Package
$4900 M Performance Carbon Package
$4900 M Performance Exhaust
$750 Smartphone Connectivity

TOTAL $28,050 - $25,000 = $3,050 savings only where is the other $3,450???

Then on top of this you still need to pay $500 for Carbon Fiber Interior Trim (which you will likely want if you want all the other CF bits), $3,900 for M Dual Clutch Transmission, $895 for any Metallic Paint Option

That's $105,795 MSRP and there is still a missing $3,450 saving unaccounted for. Someone ask a SA about this discrepancy.

The individual paint is included in the package, which I'm guessing accounts for the other $3,450. The comp pack does lose a bit of value with the MPE and carbon package in there, but it still seems like a pretty good deal if you're looking for a fully loaded f8x.

Just talked to my dealer. Wifi and CarPlay is now in the (Swedish) order system, no prices yet.

I got production week 27 (first week in July) and delivery week 31 (first week in August)

You can only order the executive package if you order the premium package. So the extended and full leathers don't overlap as you stated. That is already factored into the price of the packages. The Premium includes the $1500 for extended and the executive included $2500 to "upgrade" to full leather (not the full $4000).

You are correct about the overlap on the "blacked out bits" from the CP and Carbon packages, but those are limited to only the kidney grills and side gills.

Since the ultimate package includes individual paint, I am fairly sure you can get standard metallic free of charge.

I think it is a good thing CCB remain an option. Not everyone wants them. I personally do not like them because they are cost prohibitive for track use (trackability is a key reason for me getting an M3/4).

I just hope this "ultimate package" does not remove the ability to order the packages individually as they did on the M5...

Right. About extended and full leather. They have just listed both and I am pretty sure you will only get full with this package. You can't have both at the same time.

Isn't individual paint $5000? And they mention that as a Free item. Either way they need to fix up this bulletin as the numbers don't make any sense.
