Lighting system: stop carefully

Getting this warning. Turn signals in rear inoperable. Also can't open the trunk. Any thoughts on how to open?

Ok well it started working again after driving. Must've been something weird with the cold or battery. Weird.

A friend had an issue similar, check your battery voltage to make sure its at optimal ranges.
