why is there such a HUGE gap on the outside edge? A trunk spoiler like this needs to go all the way to each of the trunk edges...unless of course it is ebay quality...

As far as the design goes though, I love it.

I have a question and hope it comes across correctly, Im not a jackass.

Does this spoiler actually do anything to help performance? It looks great, no doubt, just wondering if there are any hidden surprises in addition to looks.

All of your assumptions are wrong and your logic also fails in regards to the wrap. Wrapping a car to get a frozen look is a much better solution than frozen paint.

Are the parts available through my local BMW dealer yet? I had heard not for about 6 mod. I want the front lower lip and carbon pieces, the rear spoiler and diffuser, possibly rocker panel pieces. Thanks!

Which vinyl did you use?? I'm guessing you're in Denver by the Murray frame.

Right? I know I'm not the poster this was directed to, but I wouldn't want to pay several thousand dollars to get a frozen paint job that I can't get reversed if I don't like it (other than paying thousands more to get it repainted). I have modded my cars to make them my own, and unique, I know some modifications aren't for everyone, but that's where the fun is at. Who cares about "the kids"? SMH

They are actually copper but they can look orange-ish depending on light.

And don't worry - the next set or two is already on order

Vinyl used is XPEL satin clear (like clear bra)

regarding your rear spoiler did you use any additional 3m tape on the portion of the back, the white portion in the picture?
