They do allow cameras INSIDE the car on TF days and also on Sponsored track days. So you won't have any issues with having a camera.

Yup, I mounted two inside the car. Didnt even think they would have issue with them on the outside, but did them on the inside for each of control.

I just did an ED trip late October and drove the ring with my camera, no one pulled us over to remove my go pro. I did a sighting lap with APEX in a 720S and then did one lap with an instructor (so hyped up I forgot to turn on the go pro), and then two laps by myself.
I can't wait for my next ED trip and to drive the ring again. Maybe I even go and just do a few track days at the ring. I loved every bit of it.

'Ring Rules and Safety...
Quote:
I think(?) just this last year('18 ?) they have allowed in car video cameras ie: GoPros. I will defer to my 'RingRat friend Elsabor67 In the past years('17 & '16) they did not. Just like in past years('17) there were speed limits imposed on certain sections of the track!! This last year there were no speed limits. But to be totally sure... one should contact the Nürburgring GmbH track/staff and ask. Just bc you didn't get caught doesn't mean it's allowed. Nürburgring Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. This coming year the track should be really nice(!) bc the track is getting a make over in a few locations! Nürburgring Schwedenkreuz... What's happening with the "Bump" ? Will it remain ? and also APEX's biggest give away...
