Good luck on your order!
Two colors that I would love to see on the new cars: Calypso and Byzanz. I think both would be gorgeous colors for the F80/F82. I went with a standard color but did BMW Individual interior. I am projecting to take delivery in late March on my car. Again - best of luck!! Chris. |

Thank you for the interest in my order gentlemen!
Yesterday I got in touch with my dealer requesting a change in my interior. I decided that I will be placing a half cage and rear seat delete along with bucket Recaros. With this in mind I thought it'd be a good idea to save money and order cloth interior. With the car yet in production I think it's possible. I'll know more next week.

Ring - you're killing us. Spill the beans as this is starting to border on ridiculous sort of like waiting on more news about the M2.
I still haven't pulled the trigger and looking for a clean, unmolested LRP edition. Else we are ED-ing in 2016 |

Nope it's the tease that's all the fun! I think you could pick up a clean LRE for a reasonable price since so many E92's are being sold off recently. Just be sure to get a thorough PPI. Ok so right now I have all the M Performance aero in my possession. Why M Performance? A) NOTHING will be fit and finished like OEM B) Its WIND TUNNEL tested. Any other exterior accessories company would go bankrupt after a tunnel fee. Akrapovic EVO with catless downpipes Wheels... Oh if you knew! Michelin Cup 2 255/35/19 front 295/30/19 rear KW Clubsports Alekshop half cage Custom rear seat delete M Performance interior.. All of it. Pure Turbo Stage 2 (brand new oem core) Unlocked ECU And on and on and on

As for LRPs....prices are crazy so it will be difficult if not impossible to find a good one. Else I'm off to a custom Fire Orange with some carbon fiber parts. I'd love to hear the Akra....maybe a meet after you install it?? By the way, do you know if the Akra can be purchased/installed while ED-ing in Europe and subject to BMWs standard marine insurance. I received few quotes from BR in Belgium and the cost of the Akra is significantly cheaper than what we pay in the US. I dug into protective tariffs next and as luck would have it goods imported from Belgium are subject to 100% tax, insane! Heck I'll drive down to Slovenia and get the fucker installed there. Just curious if it's been done before.... Back on topic, you'll have a crazy nice build, can't wait to see it! |

I'd go Fire Orange M4. I've seen it in person and It's insanely sexy!
OMG while you're at BR get your ECU unlocked!! I had a friend do ED and install a few mods without problem from BMW but everything was installed before drop off at Port, that's all I know dude. IMG and I are organizing a mega meet for the spring, so we'll def see each other. Thanks for the compliments friend

Sounds good on meeting up in the Spring. Should I bring the uneventful 328 or piss everybody off with the polarizing GT bus?? Thanks for reassuring me on the Fire Orange...it would be the equivalent of tipping my hat to LRP edition |

Since you are no longer going with the Individual interior, can you tell us what is was before you changed it?
Also, since you are opting for the cloth interior, you will no longer have the leather covered dash, lower dash, and upper doors, correct? Very excited to see the final outcome, sir!!

This is sounding absolutely EPIC!!!
My word. The attention to detail, I actually wasn't aware of the level of individualization available through BMW themselves nor the leniency of it all, especially with ED! Thumbs up to you good Sir, your position is one I see myself in hopefully for the LCI M4. Car is going to be an absolute stunner. It has HUGE shoes to fill by way of that e92 M3 Frozen Grey. Absolute beaut of a car that was! |
