Not as good as non-USA version, but better than no M3.

You're correct. Something is better than nothing.

Looks like its getting wider tires, which is just what it needed. It should improve cornering grip, and power application out of corners. This will help it take on those porsches with their fat tires.

I'm curious as to what they've done to the engine. It will likely cost like a GT3, will it be as fast on a track? The engine will likely be brutal though, so who knows. Like the tires, I wish the non GTS cars came with 295s. The GTS seem to have 305s?

I wonder if they will increase displacement like they did on the M3 GTS, though increasing hp on the turbo motor will obviously be much easier.

Hopefully they have to be able to keep the balance between turbo lag and power.
Turbo charged S65 ? Kidding.

Yeah I was thinking they would increase displacement so they could either do less or same boost to get the hp gain will keeping or increasing responsiveness, it would also make a lot of sense if they use an S55 derived engine in motorsports.

Yes, the US got screwed out of the 'good' E36

The funny thing is that when you see how the E36 whoops ass in the US tracks you wonder just how much more awesome would it be to see the Euro E36 over here

I think I see what you mean...it seems a bit feminine and the wing looks out of place. A boxier car from the rear can get away with it.

Did they put a spoiler in the back? I can't tell the camouflage is making it difficult

I think the wing might instead be too small for the sleek rear. Either you keep it small on the trunk or you go all the way. The M4 GTS is neither here nor there.

This is all the way on an arguably curvy feminine shape:

Yeah highly doubt they would increase displacement. Most likely just a factory tune.
