Ordering an M3 LCI 2.0 in AU

elisiX, so you have already ordered LCI 2.0 M3? I thought since the LCI 2.0 production will begin in April, we would not be able to do that until further notice from dealer.
So I guess you were able to choose the color of the 20 inch wheel, and get a finalised price? Do you mind ato share with me which dealer you went to?

Yes, ordered an April production car, which will include LCI 2.0.

LCI 2.0 production begins March, but I missed the window for March.

I haven't yet discussed the black wheels, though I will ask today.

Thanks man. I tried to confirm with my dealer today. He denied this is an LCI 2.0, what they call this is a "yearly update"...
Also after confirming he can see the update bulletin (including HUD and black 666. Wheels) on his computer, he said there will be no headlight update.
Can anyone confirm with dealer and post evidence in this forum about" headlight restyle" happening in Aus since March?

My dealer is telling me it's all coming to AU delivered M3's from March onward.

And do you guys know if the actual headlights are still the same and just the redesign of the DRL's from rings to an underline or the headlight tech itself is going to be different?

i think it just the shape of the drl lights

That's the rumor, angel eyes change to the squiggly line - not my favorite. Only thing I would really like is the OLED lights from the GTS

I've seen some of the newer 340i's driving around with them lately, presumable they'd be the same? I dont understand why BMW would put them on the vanilla models and not the M3. In either case I think the angel eyes are as important stylistically as the hoffmeister kink to a BMW

Would love the OLED lights too though
