No warning tones

So I tried starting up my car today and got the notification "no warning tones". After a few seconds of trying to realize what this was I noticed I didn't hear the typical gong sound because my door was still open. I tried pressing the radio on button and nothing was coming on. The Idrive is working but there is no sound coming out at all. I tried contacting the dealer and due to it being a holiday I won't be able to bring it in until July 10th. I just wanted to see if anybody has had any experience with this before or know of any ways to trouble shoot this? It was would good to have some music in the f80 for weekend holiday drive

I have exactly the same phenomenon with my 2015 M4 Convertible, I think the Amp is either broken or maybe a broken fuse?. All strangely I have noticed recently the sound of water gushing around in the rear somewhere behind the rear seats, I think its rain water which would presumably drain away but perhaps my drain hole is silted up?

Ah boy I've had this 2017 M3 for less then a month and I'm ready to head back to the dealer lol. I seriously hope it's not a big issue the car literally just hit 500 miles the other day. I've been trying to search the forums and it seems likely that it's either the amp or the fuse. Hopefully it's a quick quick fix cuz those typical BMW squeaks are starting to become more noticeable
