i'm not a big fan of the piano black plastic. but they do have the open pore ash wood which is only a $300 ish option and looks and more importantly feels amazing.

I freakin' love the M4! f80/82 is by far the best looking M3 generation, IMO.

That doesn't mean I don't like the AMG. It looks great. I feel like it will be one of Merc's classic designs. Just not getting the rear end.

I've been in the M4 and the C63. M4 is awesome but the c63 is just mental. Merc wins this time for me

The Merc looks more expensive, has more class and is more elegant, yet looks hardcore, especially with those wheel arches Really liking the rear of that Coupé! And the interior is better as well.
The M4 looks more track focused, less expensive (mainly because there are no LED's at the back) and has a cheaper interior...
And since the C63 has a V8 and sounds way better, I'd defenitely choose the Merc as a DD!

And the motor and chassis tuning ... Lol

I'm comparing manufacturers' weight claims ... by the same token ... the C63s Coupe will probably be a lot heavier than it's 3802 lbs claims ... nobody has the actual numbers yet ...

M3 beats the C63 sedan in the EVO comparo ... both are great cars ... not one is an obvious winner

Depends a lot on what you want to hear ...

most of us will have that reserve. they are the closest competition in the market.

but about that MB engine switch you mentioned, that's not as bad as going from v8 to i6t is it?

Interior-wise, I think it's a wash. Exterior clearly goes to the M4, particularly out back, and from the front. The C63 just looks like a sporty luxo-coupe, while the M4 looks like it has a purpose. Both are pretty great though.

I wasn't expecting the new C63 coupe to look this good! Well done Benz. I was hoping for a little more differences on the interior side of things than the sedan though. Usually the seats are different in the coupe. The new coupe makes my current one look a little dated. I actually really appreciate what they did with the rear - looks like a mini S-Class coupe! Love the staggered 19/20 inch rims. Design is intimidating yet classy. Black Series will be icing on the cake....

Until they go into limp mode at the track...

I suppose, however, that VERY few buy a C63 to take it to the track so it is largely irrelevant for a street car.
