eBay MP style diffuser, fit is 90% at <1/2 the cost
Plastidip grille surrounds, gills, and badge - friend did this and is great for $10
Unplug fuses 146/147 for exhaust valves

Coding question.
What cable do you recommend and what software do you need to have on PC?

Question on fuses. How will the flaps open if they are closed by default I'd assume

Open flaps, pull fuses, stuck open

I believe the software is E-Sys but I would read the stickys in the Coding subforum, lots of good info there. I didn't code the car myself so I'm not too familiar with the process, sorry.

To open the exhaust valves: turn on car (don't have to start engine), switch to sport+ throttle and step on gas, look inside tailpipes to make sure the valves are open, and remove fuses 146/147 by taking out the trunk liner in the back (there will be a map telling you which fuses are which next to the fuse box)

Regarding Msmall143 's comment, I agree you get what you pay for. But the options that everyone has provided have been shown to be good quality at a great price

Very good point, but if you read the title of topic again, I didn't mean cheap! I didn't even say that. I said Quality - possibly paying less!

Analogy -
For example , Someone buys M4 with the same specs for 83K someone else buys it for 76K

Question which one is a cheap M4 here?

I think you got the point!

Lightweight front lip (non CF). Continue to scrape the crap out of it (lowered on swift springs) and it keeps taking the abuse. If I had a CF lip it would have been trashed by now.

Cheapest mod is also the best mod. Code off active sound. Or unplug the module. Just get rid of it. My enjoyment of the car doubled once I did that. Couldn't stand that fake plastic "whirring" sound. Now I love the engine/throttle note.

The fuse pull won't work if you have the parking option. Throws an error.

Best mods for me were a clutch stop and coding.
