pre-owned BM3 license is non-transferable more than once. if you purchase a used one, it's a complete loss once you don't have use for it anymore.

Additionally, there's a possibility that the BM3 license you are getting might not be authentic or has already been transferred to another user, making it useless.

Bm3 scams are very prevalent, make sure you only get the license from someone you know or a trusted member of the community.
