You might doublecheck to make sure they sent you the right one...part number for the M4 version is UV11353SV. I learned this the hard way when I ordered one from Amazon and got the M3 version, which is just barely too tall for the M4.

I got the silver color one. I can confirm it does fit. I originally didn't like it too much though because it is very bulky (i.e. when folded up it still takes up a bit of space, annoying if you have passengers). But, I got used to it. Also, if it is really hot and sunny outside and the shade has been up for a long time, it gets HOT as hell to touch and fold up. But all in all I would buy it again for my F80.
I have this one as well. I never really checked temperature difference using it vs not, but it seems to work. I agree on the bulkiness - I'm used to ones that fold up and can be easily stored in the backseat but I prefer to keep this one in the trunk.

sorry, I'm a dumb ass, I've been bugging the customer service too

It was completely my fault, I ordered 2 shades, one of M4 and one for my wife's CT200h, given HOW SMALL her car is, I put the smaller shade in her car thinking it's for the CT, but I ended up trying to fit the CT shade in the M4

apparently the M4 windshield is tiny in comparison

stupid me

The bag is useless. It's more inconvenient to use than anything.

Seriously, I'm embarrassed every time I use the thing. I tried to remove it to no avail. Sometimes less is more.
