How old were you when you bought your first M?

Had I purchased it younger, my ability not to beat the crap out of it and otherwise stay out of trouble would have been less. It also would have likely gotten in the way of more important financial considerations like buying a home.

I'm sure younger me would have loved it, but practically speaking it would have been a bad idea.

They aren't cheap to maintain, so if you can't afford to cover the operating and maintenance expenses, then you shouldn't do it.

All that said, getting in it every morning is an amazing of why we work hard.

New to the forums...Just picked up a 17' ZCP AW M4 DCT with M performance package last weekend. I am 26 years old. The very next day I had to travel for work...this is going to be the longest two weeks of my life.

34, picked up my first M car, F80. After many, many years of lusting over the E46 M3, E39 M5, and the E92 M3...of which none of those i could ever afford when they were out haha. Now that i have something in the bank account, i find myself lusting over those exact cars and looking for prime examples to buy...wtf is wrong with me haha
