Dealer fixed both of mine for free. Now I make sure that the seat is all the way down before folding it forward - clears visors fine. Bad seat design.

I've just emailed BMW hq, waitting for the reply. Did you go straight to the dealer? What did you say to them? Do you mind share with me the "techniques "? Thanks

Took it straight to the dealer. Told them that they broke from tilting the seat forward. They were aware of the issue and replaced both visors free, but said I would have to pay for any future ones.

I think the visors are $70 earch and DIY. Perfect opportunity to get a new one without the air bag warning on it
