So nice, SS/SO/BLK! Funny, this was my choice combo all along before I saw SO as an exterior color, thus SO/BLK/SLV. If it not for that day, I'd be all over this one!

That was a tough one for me, yes I agree, and have changed it back and forth numerous times on my order. In the end, I came to conclude the silver looked best on the m3 and the black were best suited on the m4. No idea why, I just saw it that way. But on SS I saw black as the only way to go and when adding in the SO interior....glorious!

Agreed.. my first choice in color but I must say YMB is catching my eye more and more each day; both look great on the sedan.

To be honest...when I saw the black wheels in person they are hands down the netter looking of the 3 choices. In fact, I really do like the black on SSII which looks really good and sporty. To me silver wheels on SSII is meh.

I like the new black wheels, so we'll just get that bias out of the way. The issue to consider with the silver wheels is that the SS II has very noticeable (and cool) blue hue and shimmer. Other BMW silvers have or had a silver flake instead of the blue flake. The silver flake would really compliment the silver wheels, but it isn't dominant. The blue flake seems to compliment the smokey chrome as well as the black parts of the wheels (not to mention the CF top). This is weird/new for me, as I generally haven't liked black or other colored wheels before. Both are great, but I'd try to see the SS II with wheels in person and under different lighting conditions before making the call. Not trying to push my agenda, but I can understand not being wowed by the pictures or videos and wanting to play it safe.

I have been committed to SS exterior on M3 and this confirms it is the right choice with CF roof and black 19's. However, I am thinking of getting crazy and getting the SO interior as we are diehard Giants baseball fans and the orange stitching is gorgeous

I literally just came from checking out the local m3 for sale here.. AW/Ext. SO with black 19's and honestly it was gorgeous!! It confirms for me that I will go with the sedan and the black wheels.. I am back on board with my decision for SS/Full SO 6mt and CF roof.. it will look great, IMO.
