Map update for 2015 M4

I've got a 2015 M4. If I wanna update the maps in the nav, do I go here (http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/47...-SYSTEM-UPDATE) and just purchase the $40 option or the $101 option... Its very confusing!

If you are into figuring things out on your own, you can also do this yourself. This costs nothing but time, and involves searching for coding instructions, torrenting map updates, and then creating your own update that will be specific to your VIN.
