Active AutoWerke W/ valves?

I thought I saw a post from them a while ago where they were in the process of making their rear with Valves?

I have ER Downpipes, AA Midpipe & Rear but do wish at times it was a bit louder.......

Would definitely buy the new version, any updates?

It's being put in to production now. We're finalizing the production pieces and should be officially releasing it in a few weeks. I'd bet on it being the best sounding and performing system available for the S55

If you already have the AA rear section with no valves, how would their upcoming valved model make it any louder

Please triple check the design for valve rattling. I live overseas and I'm really interesting in purchasing your system!

Less flow through the muffler when in open mode. Our single pipe design will keep rasp to a minimum even with downpipes.

No, Our Signature Downpipe back exhaust system will include a 3.5 inch mid pipe (single Pipe design) from the downpipe back.

We considered that when designing this new system, but at the end of the day we didn't want to sacrifice our ideal design just to maintain compatibility with our mid pipe. We still plan on selling our mid pipe for those who want to keep their stock muffler or use a different aftermarket rear section, but our new system will not be compatible with any other mid or rear. The incompatibility will be evident once we release the official photos/info.

When we're ready to start taking orders if you're seriously interested I may be able to offer a forum discount for those who already have our current F8X system

Valves forced open? This will be a great upgrade for you especially if you want to go the downpipe route.

I have the full AA exhaust with catted downpipes. I believe I was one of the first ones to get it installed in LA thru Auto Talent. I do miss having catless DP's but I couldn't stand the smell.

do you guys have an estimated price yet? trying to determine if i keep your current midpipe and mate to a different axleback or just sell it and buy this. thanks!
