Remind me why again?
I am about to buy a set of PSS. I remember reading hundreds of pages of recommendations. The ultimate recommendation was...
295/35r19 MO (mercedes) - rear 265/35r19 (star bmw) - front Why can't we use BMW rear? I looked at tire rack and the specs seem very similar. Also, is the above setup the latest and greatest recommendation? Obviously, can't wait for PS4. There's also the link below, but doesn't appear to be either BMW or Mercedes specific... Will these work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-NEW-295-35...ZZA1q0&vxp=mtr |

I'm the one who came up with this combo: 265/35R19(M0) front and 295/35R19(*) rear. You'll love it .
As posted above, you had your front and rear specs reversed. The rear tire is the one from the M5, it is well suited because it specifically designed as a rear tire for a 10" wide wheel and offers a 1.1" wider contact patch with narrower channels than the stock 275 . The front tire is from the AMG GT-S and is specifically designed for a 9" wide front wheel, they are wider than the stock 255 and have wide channels for good resistance to aquaplanning.
