123601 Error Electric Wastegate

So I got the drivetrain malfunction in normal driving, checked with Rhingold and this error shows up, tryed clearing it but it wont go away.

Says there is short circuit in electronic wastegate.

Has anyone had this error and I dobt know what to do?

What does ISTA+ give you for a test plan? Just because you're tuned doesn't mean you won't get odd mechanical problems - it's a BMW after all.

When there are short circuit related faults, you gotta pay extra attention and not blindly erase the faults. Did you check the Details and System context tabs? Post the output here, there are two key values, frequency and healing counters.

That will indicate for you the severity of the issue, as well wether the fault will stick until the issue is resolved. (Permanent or semi-permanent) do you have a CEL ?

I have checked the details and there was check wiring and clear codes and replace electric wastegate, I have flashed the stock map back on and left the car at the dealer.

The connectors on the wastegate can be reached with hand and to the eye they seem solid. I checked the price they are around 300 dollars each.

Do you have any update for us what happened after the dealer?
