VF! Would like to just give a huge thanks!

I finally got around to updating the car today with the new tune sent over and the sensitivity issues are honestly 100x better!

Can now enjoy the car without looking like a noob that can't drive a DCT!!

No jerlkiness/hessitation more than usual! Feels absolutely stock!

Well done!

Any new updates? Waiting to resolve the throttle sensitivity issues, low-torque, and ZCP files.

Had my car re-flashed and the sensitivity seems to be much improved vs the first tune I had.

They have an "unofficial" release for people that are still having sensitivity issues. Just hit them up. Definitely made it better.

Ok just have to say, VF did an AMAZING job with this tune. Just took the car in to go back to stock. The car feels like a Toyota Corolla compared to the tuned car! Hahahaha if you've been on the fence about getting this done, just do it. It's worth it. It's been rock solid for the last year or so I've had it. Customer service is on point. Who would have thought that 425hp would feel slow..... hahahaha

You just wrote exactly what a friend of mine recently experienced with his M4. He got tuned with Stage 1 right around the same time I did mine and was starting to think about trading his car in for a ZCP. I told him to try the HEX Tuning ZCP file for a week before he decides, and an hour after flashing the ZCP file he called me and said not having Stage 1 made his car feel like a slightly better 430i.

Just for the heck of it he still test drove a brand new ZCP to see how close the VF/HEX ZCP file was to the actual Competition Package car and he said it was spot on. HEX FTW!

Recent Quote: The tuning experience with the 1st Hex M3 we did was fantastic and the map
is truly incredible. I can tell it’s a sophisticated, well-engineered, polished map. Extremely
smooth and from the moment the lump of torque arrives at the onset of boost, all the way
to high rpm it is progressive and smooth with no surging.

I have done multiple M3/M4’s with "■■■■■■" in 1 month & none of those cars were as smooth
as this one. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of your team as well.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Mike and his team. I have some warranty issues so the car needs to go back to BMW. Therefore I needed to go back to stock and being based in the UK didn't help.

The VF team went over and beyond to get my car flashed remotely totally back to stock. As like any software package it's only as good as the after sales service which with VF is exemplary.

The only downside is that I am currently running stock power which sucks (who'd of thought 425hp was slow) but that's how it feels which only underlines the value that the Hex stage 2 tune delivers.

Cant wait to get the car back and get it reflashed by Regal in the UK with VF's support.

Anyone thinking about getting this tune......my advice DO IT - you wont regret it and if like me you need after sales support then you can count on VF !!

Cheers Mike and Team !!

I just got my stage one done yesterday, and first and second gear are completely useless because of the sensitivity issue.

I will reach out to VF today, but I dont get why they would not provide the most up to date software?

I will do a write up when the issue gets fixed, and I get to run some of my friends which were previously out on me a car or two with the BMS stage 1.

Apparently not everyone had that bad of problems with the sensitivity so they have a file that helps with that for the few people that have issues. It definitely helped.

It sounds like the dealer didn't clear adaptations. It will take some drive time to smooth out or you can go back ask them to clear them and start from scratch.
