Secondly, the tone doesn't sound muffled or restricted like the stock one. The cold starts sound like an angry loud car as opposed to the lawnmower style with stock. The farts and bangs are cleaner sounding. I personally love the sound effects when I wot the car. I'd say the car under wot is very loud yet refined and exotic sounding. Call me crazy it's somewhat of a loud amg V8 non turbo exhaust tone. I personally love the exhaust. I paid $2499 with the titanium tips. One of my favorite thing about the exhaust are the tips. They look great and definitely brings out that aggressive rear look.
Can you post videos of it please? Also, what size are the tips? I've been considering this exhaust system but this the first time Someone has actually made a first hand review. Thanks

I am considering this exhaust. Does it sound sophisticated with the values closed for when the kid and wife are in the car?

Thanks

The exhaust is tame but a little louder than stock in efficient mode with light drone with valves open and very light drone with valves closed. Every time you press on the gas pedal you are reminded you have an exhaust. sport mode eliminates that bc it stays a little over 2k rpm.

Sounds great. Better than alot of other "high end" exhaust systems out there. Im sure it sounds even better in person. Im considering this exhaust. Thanks for the videos.

Does anyone know if you have to cut up the factory exhaust to install this setup?

Thank you!

You refer to light drone with valves open, is this any better/worse than stock exhaust with valves open? Thanks!

It's lighter than stock but honestly I forgot stock sound. it's been 5 months. I have zero regrets and my car totally sounds different. No more lawnmower sound. Startup sounds mean and very loud which can get frustrating if I want to be discreet. Otherwise this exhaust is a riot under load.

Anyone else install these on their cars and can offer feedback?

Does Millitek offer axleback?

That is interesting how it will sound with the downpipes. Looks like the construction as stock and in Sport mode hope has no drone like stock exhaust with downpipes. Also interesting in this product because the best way is to let secondary cats be and use donpipes.

I think I will order next week their full exhaust with downpipes and black tips. I have had Milltek in 3-4 my past cars and liked it very much. Just best bang for buck.

I just cant justify to myself paying 7k for a exhaust.
I would just rather get coilovers and a tune for the difference.

Keep us posted. Price is great but concerned about longterm quality. Especially when the car is driven in the winter here with salt and grime etc.

Miltek has been known to last through such conditions over the years.
