LOVE me some SSII. Now I'm missing my Silverstone E90 M3. But the F80 is a rather nice consolation

I got a Silverstone M3 and really love the color. Its a different silver blue than the standard silver. Like others have mentioned, it's a safe color. The color shows the lines of the car well and make your black mods stand out.

I ordered (and took delivery almost a month ago in Munich) -- stunning color. Changes according to lighting, shows off the muscular lines of the f80, not feminine at all (reminds me of some of the expensive silvers on Porsches.) Pictures don't do justice, just get it

Agree 100% as for the unique look that it has and changed from Black Sapphire to Silverstone as it shows the lines of the car. Just waiting for production to begin which should be today.

Could not agree more for our area about off the wall colors.

I like how most people look past it but all car people know exactly what it is. I get thumbs up and people smiling all the time.

If I had a bright color it would be too douchey in NYC. Only people with bright cars here have dull minds.

You definitely can't go wrong with SSII. I had it on both of my previous M's and it really does show the lines well, looks great in just about every lighting condition, and is very easy to keep clean. I decided to change it up a bit and go with BSM this round. However, SSII is the only other color I would've chosen.

I've had my Silverstone E92 for a few years now. My F80 will again be Silverstone. You either love it or hate it, but it's a very classy color with a lot of depth.

My E92 SSII is always put up front in the Valet. This was Aria in Vegas. We normally stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Vegas but this trip it was across the street in the Aria. But they always put our car upfront and people always telling me they like the car and the color

Current owners, would you get the color again?
Any regrets?
Thanks!!
Another SS owner here. If it is a feminine colour then my car is as feminine as you can get. SS inside and out and on an F83. I did have concerns about the interior being feminine prior to ordering and started a thread on here about this. Now I have the car there are no regrets. This colour, along with black wheels and having switched out the standard chrome parts for black, really shows the cars lines off and looks aggressive yet classy. It looks great in all lighting and somehow looks better/different to "normal" silver cars but I can't put my finger on it. I was torn between F83 and F82 because Silverstone looks especially awesome with the carbon roof.

There is NOTHING feminine about an M, regardless of paint color. Not Silverstone, not baby blue and not even pink.

I would definitely get Silverstone again.
