Caught M4 Coupes testing in munich last week (video/pics)
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Also managed to take a video of the car taking off from a stop light. sounded good in person. Very raspy with hints of the S54 in there. It was fun stalking them around Munich was able to compare a color sample of YMB to Estoril took several photos from different angles. some pics of the car in austin yellow. although not sure why this one is all covered up still. finally mystery M car parked at the development center. too low to be X6. too high for 3 series? I was thinking possibly a M3 GT??

Thanks for taking the time to do the exposure bracketing in those photos. Also assume some of the camo on that AY M4 is to hide some Performance Parts trim (carbon, trim, stripes, etc.)

I don't believe so. We've already seen the Performance Parts, and the camo wouldn't hide those parts anyway. Those AY photos are likely old as the car has already been fully revealed. The camo was there to hide design cues (..hood bulge, rear bumper design, tinted rearview mirror turn signals/trim, fender turn signals, etc.).

There are still several mules driving around with the last bits of camo on. Autogespot had some new pics of the M4 mules yesterday with pyjama's still on

Thanks for vid. These vids all seem like modest accel so not hearing the full exhaust note yet. Not bad tho considering it has big shoes to fill from the E9x.

Looks like either an X6M, X4M, or M3 Gran Turismo. (The thought of the latter makes me want to )

i'm sure it will sound quite horrible once its unplugged but its that kinda sound that sounds so bad its good i really just think of the E46 M3 buzz saw angry bee noise and makes me grin. yes the e90 V8 will always be special. newer cars won't take away from it. just make it that much more special.

By the sheer size of the mirrors, I'd guess its a X car of some variety. Although I'm not terribly familiar with the size of F34 mirrors.
