No problem

Looking at your picture again I think they have cut the undertray back too far

If you look at the instruction picture they have cut the "area (4) (soft plastic) is preserved" bit off. This is what hides the bolt head and fills the gap.........dealers are useless..!!

Apologies it was raining
Thanks for doing this. Seems to be a few ways but clearly mine has been done very badly. Looks horrendous and can?t believe it left a main dealer like this.
Sorry, meant to ask, who did yours?

Me....

I don't trust dealers to do anything apart from service my car and that is only so the warranty isn't nullified.

Everything I have mistakenly got my dealer to do they have damaged my car in some way.

Had the bonnet badge replaced under warranty and they damaged the front of the car "prising" the old one off.

I used the instructions which I found quite clear and a diy that Khatti did which was helpful.

The undertrays are quite cheap so you could just buy two new ones and fit them yourself (they just bolt on, six bolts from memory all reachable with the car on the ground and the wheels on)

You would need the template to cut them but I could send you that as I still have mine.

Or you take it back to the dealer and let them c*ck it up again..

That is so kind of you. Thank you.

I emailed the dealership today and am waiting for them to confirm what they intend to do. Seems they accept it?s been done badly but I have real concerns about what other damage has been done and what is hidden by the carbon parts. Bearing in mind the damage and how it has been left you do wonder what care had been taken elsewhere too!

Shall be back in contact but yours looks excellent so lessen learnt. Do it yourself!!

Update - Josh at Cotswold sorted this today. Very pleased with the result. Highly recommended to go there for anything.

Yep. Two new side under trays cut correctly. Josh took the time to show me under the car and explain everything. Phil in the parts department was also excellent.
