Just coming up to 7k miles since Feb. Has taken a bit more getting used to than previous cars (640d and 335d) but now very comfortable with it. As a daily use car, the best mod you can do is disable the active sound. It does transform the driving experience making it very much more refined - if that's what you want.

My M3 is a daily driver. I've never had a weekend or summer car, always preferred to spend more and get a good all rounder to enjoy each day, every day irrespective of whether a 2 mile or 2000 mile trip.
