Small chip on the rear quarter panel - looking for help with paint repair?

Hi All,

I've got a 2017 M4 CP in Mineral Grey... Over the weekend I noticed a small chip in the paint in the rear quarter panel... It also looks like a slight ding in the panel too, probably just under a cm long and quite deep (looks like it's through to the paint).

I'd like to get it repaired (call me OCD, but now that I know it's there, I can't help but see it), but not sure who to take it to.

I'm based in Melbourne, city area and so am looking for guidance on somewhere which might be able to do a good job so I can't see it any more

Help/guidance would be appreciated.

Cheers,
matt

Melb BMW is the Factory repair shop. Or...realise that just after you drive the car off the showroom floor, it's now a USED CAR! That means go use it! It is never brand new again, it is your car and you paid for it, run it into the ground with a grin on your face. Unless you try to sell it with chewing gum stuck on the seats, you will not get much benefit from wrapping it in bubble wrap. My M3 is peppered with chips just behind the rear door on the guard. I paid for clear protection behind the rear wheels thinking that's where all the stone action would be. Turns out the fronts flick up stones and hit the rear guards

I'm sure you are less concerned about the chip and more about the ding.

You are going to cop plenty of stone chips in the coming weeks - don't sweat it!
