Part Out - F80 M3: Remus exhaust, AA midpipe, VRSF dp, Fuel-It PI, Wheels & MORE!

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
ALL PARTS ARE SOLD, THANKS!

Time to part out! It was fun modding this car, but it's time to move on.

Price is fairly firm for the exhaust and the diffuser and does NOT include shipping or PayPal fees. I am primarily dealing locally, but if you're interested in shipping then please understand it'll add a decent amount to the overall cost. I am not really willing to wiggle on the price because of the shipping cost, but feel free to shoot me an offer.

Remus Axle back with 102mm carbon tips: $2,800. The exhaust has about 7k miles on I have a brand new set of 4 angled carbon tips that'll be included with the exhaust. So in essence, it's near brand new for significantly less.

How the tips look with a diffuser on. Scroll down for a few more.

Active Autowerke Midpipe: $850 SOLD

VRSF Catless Downpipes: $375 SOLD

Maximum PSI Cold Air Intake (front mounted): $700 SOLD

Maximum PSI Charge pipes: $275 SOLD

BMS JB4 with aluminum casing, OBD 2 connector, and rev 3 kit: $650 SOLD

Bootmod3 license: $400 SOLD

Bootmod3 Agent Device: $195 SOLD

OBD 2 to Ethernet cable for bootmod3: $10 SOLD

Fuel-It! Platinum Port Injection Kit (includes upgraded fuel line, new intake gaskets, new ethanol analyser, all the hardware needed for you to install): $1300

Vicrez 3 piece Diffuser: $600 SOLD

JL Motoring V2 CF High Kick Trunk spoiler: $200 SOLD

Signature Wheels SV302S, Royal Gold face with Brushed aluminum lip, and raw hardware. Wheels, TPMS, and centre cap included: $3300 OBO

Front: 19x10 et23, Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R 265/35/19
Rear: 20x10 et36, Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R 295/30/20

Despite these Signature Wheels being relatively new, there's some curb rash and some marks on the wheels from rocks. One of the front tyres has a plug from a nail and is leaking air very slowly, it'll need to be replaced soon. Price includes all the tyres, wheels, caps, and TPMS's. Rear tyres have about 1.5k miles and fronts have 7k or so. Never tracked, or done burnouts. Will post tread life and pictures of the curb rash soon.

The staggered 19" front and 20" rear looks amazing on the F8X IMO. I also feel it's the perfect compromise in terms of performance and looks, since you're given a more robust tyre option with 19's up front.

Vorsteiner VFE 403, Gloss Silver. No tyres, no TPMS, no centre caps. This price includes a powder coat refinish in virtually any colour, as well as curb rash fixing: $4000 OBO. If you're not interested in refinishing or fixing curb rash, then it'll be $3400 OBO.

There is a fair amount of curb rash on the wheels, which is why I am trying to include a price for fixing them and powder coating them (both would be done at the same time) and without. The wheels are fully forged and not rotary/flow forged. My local wheel guy, whom I trust to do all this since he's done all of my previous cars, said he can powder coat them and the turnaround time is only 4-5 days.

Front: 19x10 et25
Rear: 19x11 et34

Fitment is very aggressive in the rear. Please be aware of what this means for your tyre selection. Pictures show my car with 285/35/19 in the back.

Please PM me on these forums for any sales. Phone numbers can be exchanged over pm. Paypal and cash only.

Feel free to request photos if you're curious.

Thanks!

Eh i always felt porsche was overrated. For what you pay you can get way more performance wise from different brands. Especially how the new m6 is suppose to be a 911 killer, id wait for that. Price wise i think the amg gt, c63s, or the new m5 are better values

Yeah, performance wise my M3 in its current form will take on most 911's (FBO + Full E85 = scary stuff close and to 590 to the wheels), and most M powered BMW's are crazy good value for performance, but my desires in a sports car always go back to my love for the E46 M3 - a naturally aspirated high revving car. The F8X M3/M4 is an amazing daily dual purpose vehicle, but I'm at a point where I can buy something that is more suited for what I want in a weekend car. I stepped into a Porsche dealer looking at a duck tail 991.1 GTS with a manual, and ended up test driving a 991.1 GT3 and falling in love. So I'm trading the M3 in, and hoping to get the GT3 as long as the dealership is willing to negotiate a bit.

Seriously, 9k RPM in the GT3 is unbelievable. Videos don't do it justice. And after that test drive, I literally started writing up this part out thread, I need that sound in my life

JB4 is SOLD.

Just a reminder folks - I'm operating on a first come first served basis. There are various people inquiring about the popular items - intakes, dp, etc. but whoever sends the cash first is going to get the product. I'm trying my best to answer people, but there are quite a few as you can imagine.

All PM's replied to!

Please remember that parts will be off the car on Tuesday, and I may be able to take pictures the following day. If not, then definitely Thursday. Will update the original post when I do get them done.

All PM's replied to.

Sorry if I'm a bit slow with the replies as things are a bit hectic right now! Holiday season + trying to buy a car across state lines + wife = tough to find time to do anything for myself.

I appreciate everyone's patience.

Apologies for the extremely tardy update. As you can imagine, holiday times and keeping up with everyone is tough.

Currently pending: PI kit.

Everything else that is available is updated on the original post. Pretty much the VRSF dp's, AA midpipes, Remus axle back, bootmod3 license, and both wheels. I'm also going to deal with the dp's and midpipes locally only as shipping is ridiculous. The shipping amount on those items.. you may as well buy a new one.

Please note: I am not in any rush to sell these items. I understand that there are sales and what not and I am always open to offers, but I won't significantly lower my asking amount simply because there's a sale right now. If there's a good price on a new item, you should grab it

Cheers!
