Is there a definitive list of corporate fleet discounts available?

Planning to order in 6 months. I'm a BMW CCa member already but would rather get a more significant fleet discount. I found various posits on USA swim, aarp, and J.P. Morgan employee. Problem is I have no idea if any of these expire or are no longer in the fleet program or what other organizations are. Thanks fgor any help!

The BMW fleet discount has been neutered a bit as of right now, and there is NO telling what it will be in 6 months when you are ready to buy so my advice would be to look when you are ready to buy.

Programs can change monthly so there is no real benefit in knowing whats in play NOW unless you are going to order NOW (or soon).

With that being said, the fleet discounts are basically all the same ( and have been reduced recently). It just depends on how you qualify for said fleet discount.

To answer the next question that normally comes, there is no definitive list of discounts, because they change all the time. Even a BMW Salesperson (client advisor) does not usually know EVERYTHING that is in play at any particular time.

So, your job between now and when you are ready to buy is to find a dealership you would be willing to buy from and cultivate a relationship with someone there...OR, continue reading and visiting here, and watching the deals threads till you are closer to your scheduled purchase date, THEN ask what is in play at that time.

The regular fleet discount does apply to 2018 m3.
I don't know about aarp 1500, but the regular $500 does apply.

for 2017 & 2018 M3, it's still $1500 fleet discount, used to be $2500.

As far as the list of corporations, go to your CA, he/she can pull the form for the company you work for. if the company you work for is not on the list, tough luck.

My company actually list Benz and Audi on their website but not BMW, I went to my CA and he was able to pull it and said yes $1500. but I wanted ED so no good anyway.

All those companies you listed were just apart of the standard "fleet" discount. The easiest way to get a fleet discount would be if your current employer offered it.

It should be noted the CCA rebate can't be combined with fleet, and both are now $500 for a lease. So if you plan to lease don't even bother with the fleet discount if you don't even know you have it yet. Fleet is still $1500 for a purchase though.

Another easy way would be to join M Gruppe with the VIN of the car you are going to buy. When you are joined you can use their fleet discount if your employer does not provide one.

For a purchase, correct. Nothing for lease if I read the fleet website correctly.

You mean that the AARP discount is gone (correct) NOT that the there is no fleet discount at all (which is an incorrect statement, as pointed out to you by several other people).

Mahalom3, check if you can join USAA.
Better than fleet cause I believe it's $2K discount for USAA members, heck even for M2 where no discount whatsoever is applicable for that hot little car.

Read this at the 'fest: UDE and fleet are stackable. But no BMWCCA rebate if you use fleet. There's also some kind of loyalty rebate out but it doesn't seem to apply to M3/M4 at the moment.

The way BMW not publishing anything, only God knows what incentives out there.

on the other thread in this forums (which pertain to M3/M4 only), someone indicates, the $750 loyalty applies to M3/M4 but only if you are leasing/financing through BMWFS.

Is this $2K discount in addition to the negotiated discount that you are able to obtain? Also, is it applicable on leases?

Sorry, just trying to wrap my head around all of the potential discounts that are out there. Don't want to leave $ on the table if I can help it...

Plan is to set up an ED for next summer (2018 F80).

Thanks!

Yes, it works as a manufacturer's rebate. However the $2k is only for purchase it is only like $500/1000 for lease and not applicable to ED.

Any idea why when I bought my car as a USAA member the dealer only gave me 1000 of the 2000 discount?

The USAA discount at the time of purchase may have only been $1,000 or the dealer made a mistake. I have personal experience with the latter. The dealer tried to apply $1,000 and I caught the error.

Basically they lied to you. They are pocketing the other $1k. So how they are working the numbers is like this:

Let's say this is your deal before the USAA:
$60,000 sale price of the car
$55,000 car invoice
$5,000 profit

With USAA:
$60,000 sale price of the car
$55,000 car invoice
Rebate $2,000
Sale Price Should be $58,000
Dealer profit still $5,000 since it is a manufacture rebate
Actual sale, however, price is $59,000 ($61,000 to the dealer minus the $2k rebate)
Dealer profit just went up to $6,000

Basically the basically raised the sale price on you to pocket an extra $1k. Fucking scumbags, go somewhere else that doesn't want to take advantage of vet. What dealer is this so we can put them on blast.
