Buy out lease for private sale?

I think this might be state dependent but you could avoid sales tax if a BMW dealership facilitates the sale. Basically how this would work is, you find a buyer, you two go to the BMW dealership, you sell to BMW, BMW sells to new buyer. I think the fee is 500 dollars. The real problem is finding a dealership to do this + having a very patient buyer.
