Gentlemen,

I am planning a major life change, retiring early from 30 years in Corporate America. As such, I am looking to simplify things and trim extraneous expenses. My 2016 M4 weekend toy is one such expense, hence I am listing it here to gauge interest in a lease takeover.

Allowed Miles: 30,022
Current Miles: 2,776
Residual: $48,139.90
Buyout: $63,499.22

The car is beautiful Silverstone Metallic with Carbonstructure interior which I actually prefer over leather. It has Driver Assistance Plus, Executive Package, M-DCT, Adaptive M Suspension, 19" Black 437 Wheels, Power rear sunshade, and enhanced BT integration. Total MSRP is $77,645.

Here is the good part - the car only has 2,800 miles currently, with 24 months remaining on a 36 month, 10k miles per year lease. Meaning there are 27,200 miles remaining, equating to 1,133 miles per month.

I negotiated a particularly strong deal on the car when residuals were high. Payment is $777.79 per month plus tax, with a residual value of $48,139.90.

I placed $3,400 in refundable MSD's at lease inception, which I am obviously asking to be returned to me, plus any transfer expenses through BMW FS. The MDS's will be refunded to you at lease end. That's it.

The car is flawless in every respect and bone stock - no mods, never tracked, garaged since day one, never seen rain, and cared for by a mature, fastidious owner.

I am in SoCal, and would prefer a local transaction.
