New from Dinan. This was a replacement for an ecu I had, therefore it doesn't have a warranty. It's new in the box though, fully packaged and ready to go. Includes new CARB sticker, etc... downloadable app lets you switch from Stage I,II,and III.

This is for a non-CP car. It will not work on a CP car. Does not come with intercooler.

It's not too bad. I would say it's about an hour job. For stage III the heat exchanger is recommended. Without it it will heat soak quicker. In moderate temp probably not required, but in hot temp it would be a good idea. That being said, you can always run it as a stage i or stage II. The stage III has all three as options and is set with a phone app.
