Has anyone else experienced an issue getting the app (android) to function with the Armytrix system? I can pair my phone with the bluetooth device, but when i open the app and hit the "reconnect" button after selecting what i want displayed on my phone, nothing happens.

I absolutely love the system so far, but I really want to use the app instead of the keyfobs to open and close the valves.

5k ?!? Yikes! I didn't realize these were so expensive for the F8X platform - I was introduced to Armytrix during my 981 days and the prices were a lot lower than that.

After some searching, it seems to be on the high side of average. But as far as I can tell from Youtube videos it's my favorite sound so far. Built in valve control is a plus as well.

Does this system fit with just any aftermarket down pipes I buy? Planning on VRSF.

Not sure on the downpipes question - but I like the sound as well. the problem is that at that price, you could get MPE and have OEM piece of mind.

It's really stupid that BMW doesn't give you valve control, regardless of what throttle setting you happen to be using at the time. Spy shots of the upcoming M5 show that they've joined the 21st century with a button on the console for this exact purpose.
