The current version is slightly different that that one pictured above, but the overall design is very similar.

I don't know how I feel about the exhaust valve being visible like that.

That photo is without tips and also with the muffler angled way down. When properly installed the valve will not be nearly as visible.

Any rough idea on price or tip options yet?

The only reason I didn't buy the first setup is because it deleted the valves. If this incorporates the valves and sounds as good, im in.

+1. Had their full exhaust, but ended up changing out the rear section. I am willing to try out this exhaust if it's as good as the original full exhaust with valves closed. Hopefully there will be some good tip options also.

Does the AA midpipe connect to the stock downpipes and stock rear section? Or are their extra fittings to make it possible?

Yes We provide everything needed to connect to the stock rear with our mid pipe. The mid pipe will also fit stock and aftermarket downpipes.

I just installed it on Andrew's F80 and drove it around. We need to do a couple minor tweaks and then we'll be ready for production.

We need at least a teaser, pics a video or something. My pockets are burning lol. I haven't heard all the exhaust for the F8X but from my understanding AA is arguably the one if the best for th F8X. Very excited to see how this turns out.

I was looking over the installation pics for the midpipe via pdf on the AA website and it said when cinnecting the midpipe to stock axelback you have to cut after (Y) section. Is this still correct info?
