2018 M4 Packages

Just saw the ordering guide for the 2018 M4. It looks like there will be 2 major option packages: ZCP and Executive.

Will you be able to get the adaptive LEDs any other way other than Executive? (Standalone?)

Is there any way you can get Executive but delete the side/top cameras?

I thought that the digital instrument cluster was coming to the '18 M3 and M4?

So they're putting the 4er/M4 LCI headlights on the M3 even though it is only remaining in production till 9/19?

Yes they are, but it's 10/18, not 9/19.

Thanks for posting, as always!

I thought they were going to add the M4 GTS tail lights as an option?

PDC

Park Distance Control is listed under the Executive Package yet it still shows up as a separate line charge on the summary page. Basically BMW is double counting (an extra $750). Is this correct?

Only for the M4 CS, it turns out. Ordering information for that should be here later in the year.

Yep, forces you to take PDC with Exec (+$750), but you can take PDC without Exec.

Then BMW needs to change the price of the Executive Package - how stupid. Its effectively $2850 ($2100 + $750).

Yep, very silly indeed. A bit misleading.

So on the BMW website PDC is included with the Executive package. But when ordered it comes as a $750.00 Additional option. WTF?

Is there a way to have dealer include this or have PDC removed?

As noted in the guides in the OP, PDC is automatically added when you order ZPX. You still have to pay the $750 for it, however. Whether it can then be removed from the order, I don't know. I was under the impression it couldn't but perhaps someone with experience can chime in.
