Can I ignore tickets I receive while doing European Delivery?

yeah it's funny how effective the various countries are at finding you. The Swiss are the best, they had me within a month or two and their tickets are clearly written and have 50 options to pay them including bank transfer numbers.

I was flashed twice in Switzerland on my ED back in early May and have yet to receive the tickets in the mail.
