Hi all, was just wondering what was the quickest or shortest time people in North America waited for delivery of their M3/M4?

I placed the order with the final configuration on July 27th, and drove away August 30..

The car went into production the day after I finalized the order.

My car finished production on 8/8 and I should have by 9/20 (west coast).

I ordered early August (can't remember exact date) and picked up at the Welt end of September.

Saying to myself my car is in there some where.

I ordered my M4 Aug 29th and it has yet to hit production. I am told I will have it late October.

Nowhere near anyone's fastest. Order placed 1 August, 2016. PCD on 21 December, 2016. Loving it every day I sit down in it though.

Ordered mine Aug 25 and went into production Sept 11 if that helps.

Quicker on east coast vs west. I was just shy of 8 weeks order (felt like 7 years) to delivery on the west coast

My M4 (this was 2014 mind you) took 51 days from date of order. They started production 2 days (if I recall correctly) after I placed my order.

That's nuts. I ordered my car before yours and you got yours before I did, haha. Did you order something special?

I ordered mine on 7/9 and arrived at the dealer on 9/9 (West Coast). I picked it up the same day.

7-9 weeks on avg for US orders I would assume the same for your neck of the woods, unless you can find a dealer who has a car already in production that matches your needs then it could shave a little time off

Certainly could be worse. I ordered mid-June. My delivery date will be sometime around the 2nd week of October. Darn Individual options.

Nothing special.. The only unusual option I ordered was the interior aluminum trim instead of the carbon fiber. But this has nothing to do with how fast I got it.. Just the right timing, Iguess.
