Body shop in Tampa

My friend got rear ended in his new x5 50e and is looking for a good body shop. Anyone have a good recommendation? How are the BMW certified collision centers there?

I mean they're bmw certified for a reason... When I was in a small finder bender in my F30 I refused to go anywhere other than the bmw certified. It is more expensive but well worth the quality. Since I was not at fault I wanted the car restored to factory not an insurer's desire to save on paying out.

Recommendation is to use the bmw certified center.

They said the bmw collision center had bad reviews and even someone at the dealer told them to go to another shop.
