Need help for my stripped M4

Hi guys . i have strip the M4 2018 F82 .

i understand the car is alot Ecu releated .

I need yours help to found where to start looking.

Everything work fine execpt all alarm in the dash . But my big problem is i cant shift myself first gear and second gear .

Like its a DCT set in sport+ whit 3Bar in manuel mode and the car shift by itself at 3000 Rpm . Second Gear is the same .

Third gear and other give me full control of my car .
