Fuel Tank Leak Diagnostic Module warranty extension

Got a notice last week from BMW re: my '15 M4 Coupe that the warranty on the fuel tank leak diagnostic module (NVLD) is being extended to 10 years/120,000 miles. "This is a notice of 'limited warranty extension.' This is not a notice of a Recall or Service-Action."
