Not trying to be a smartass, but certainly coming off as one...

I am the one who is paying the 1420 each month... but its ok. Thank you.

Ouch - that's going to sting for 60 months.

That said nobody here can comment on your deal - all we know is that you are out $85K over five years. What we don't know is

What was the MSRP on your car.
What the purchase price was
What the interest rate was
What they charged you for the add ons
What the down payment was

All that factors into if you got a good deal.

However, I will note that the M3 has some kick ass residuals and normally leases out really well - and if you are not sure you are going to keep it for 5 years, then the lease can possibly save you some money (especially with a new one coming in 2 years).

and with BMWFS, Gap insurance is included "free" on the lease
and in Calif, I can't see why you would want the wheel and tire insurance at $3,500 - but then again, I don't know what wheels you have on your car.

But...and... if you have 3 days to get out of the contract (not sure that is true these days), then go re-negotiate a lease.

and yes, I purchased a $24,000 Supra when I was younger (much younger)- one of the dumbest moves I've ever done. Was like a boat anchor on my future.

I see... Yes, after reading thru your input, and talking the family: we're going to go in tomorrow and resign a contract that does not have any of those 3 packages. which will bring down the monthly payment almost 300 dollars i believe...

As for the car that should be signed for and picked up later this week, I do plan on keeping it until it dies.

Thank you! Ill be back in the dealership wed, ill send more info and pictures too if you guys want to see.

Cheers!

Looks to be up a point to .00166. Noticed on the BMW site the M3 lease deal increased $20/month.

I've had two dealers quote me .00186 and say that's the rate. They could be marking it up though.

Did i get a good deal?
Considering this adds up to $85k, I would say no unless you bought a very loaded car.

I think I did fairly well again this time on a euro delivery other than the MF. Will be picking up this Friday at the Welt.

-2018 M3:
-Competition Package
-6spd
-Mineral White Metallic
-Black Extended Leather
-Apple Carplay

-12k/year
-60% residual value
-.00021 MF (decreased .05 x 3 from previous MSD's transferred over)
-US MSRP $73,095 (includes $995 destination)
-Purchase Price: $60,637
-$2800 MSD's transferred from previous lease
-$3888 down
-$758/mo

They were going to include $2750 of rebates which they found did not apply just as I was writing a check and they had entered them into BMW's system. They reduced the purchase price $2,750 to offset the difference.

It was originally going to be euro discount + dealer discount + rebates, but at the last minute they were unable to apply the rebates and added the same amount to their discounts ($2,750). That number does not include taxes.

Good dealer to do that. Surprising they were unaware incentives don't apply to ED.

When I put in your numbers, I seem to get a lower monthly (high 600's). I excluded tax, no additional MSDs (I put in the .0021 as MF), 60% residual, 73k MSRP.

Also, you note they transferred $2,800 of MSDs which reduced the MF .05 x 3, but your MSDs should be $800 each, so 3 of them would be $2,400. Did they apply the other $400 elsewhere?

Also, Also, is the $3888 down fees or actual additional cap cost reduction?

That's an awesome deal. I just jumped into a telesto 6mt also got a good deal but not quite as good as yours:

$78145 MSRP
$5500 discount
$3000 lease credit
$1000 loyalty
$900 a month 10k a year lease
$1000 down

And when you factor in the free $7k pearl paint, feels like a steal.

Current rates are good through the end of today. We might see new rates tomorrow, but with a holiday coming who knows.
