I found that around hour 8-9 my back would start to get a bit stiff, but nothing else, and it never got bad. Did a 3300 mile trip in 6.5 driving days last October. Car was great and ate the miles in stride. Including a good deal of inner-city downtown traffic I averaged 23+ mpg to boot. And in the mountains I was definitely not driving her lightly.

No real point to my post other than to say you did a good thing with the road trip - my car loved it!

This was useful information for me as a gt3 owner looking for a fun daily driver and road trip car. Thanks for posting!

Great write up! Thanks for not commenting on our atrocious nyc area road conditions ?. I'm in Greece this week and chuckling at how much better the roads are here (even in my crappy Seat diesel rental)...

Man to be honest I was just trying not to get run over while driving around the city. I felt like i was playing frogger in real life. I figured out that you kinda just have to go for it if you see an opening lol
