Got it and want all it includes. For a car in this price range I clicked all the options and won't regret it.

i still dont have my car, but IMO its not a necessity.

i got the non leather seats (never was a fan of leather) and my old s4 didnt have "comfort access" so i have been used to using the keyfob to lock and unlock the car.

the only feature i really wanted was the backup camera, which i might add aftermarket

If you turn around and look and always be aware of your surroundings, it becomes a free mod!

I tried ordering it in the last minute, but it was too late. We signed the purchase order in the morning by the afternoon the car was in status 150 for production when I called the dealer to add it, it was too late

After all I don't fell bad, I just know I have to work my a$$ for to earn $4,300.
Not worth it for me I only wanted HUD, and heater stearing wheel.

I didn't get it and now I wish I did. Not because it's a necessity or something. My Honda and my Lexus both have Comfort access for the past three years. I've had HUD on other cars before and it's nice but not entirely needed. Besides I wear polarize sunglasses so I can't really use that feature. I live in a warm climate so I prefer cloth seats and have no use for heated steering wheel.

But I would get Executive package and add top camera because I daily drive the car and appreciate being able to see my wheels 2 inches from the curb. Also because I'm leasing the car for three years and my cost is about $1800, not 4k. That comes out to $50/month. I think that's a small price. But even without exec package I know I'll still be happy since I'm a pretty good driver and I've only curbed my wheels once in the last 20 years of driving. And now that I'm driving an M4, what's to complain.

Get it, what's 4k over the term of your ownership over 3 or 4yrs or even longer.

Also when you sell it down the road, more options bigger buyers market.

This is a fallacy. There are plenty of buyers for these cars regardless

I agree plenty of buyers regardless of options...

But what I am saying is .. if you have two used cars ...similar price, comparable miles.. Most People will normally always go for the ones with more features... Often times one with higher mileage with more options is often still wanted more.

Same concept look at Mini-vans.. You buy one with a DVD player-TV/ folding seats / power sliding doors ... On a used car sales lot, that is going to have a bigger buyers market.

But some options can hurt the sale of used cars.. Carbon Ceramics could be one, crazy colors, stick vs auto, moonroof vs non moonroof...So not all options are great options..

I think the Exec Pack even tho it is pricey has a bundle of options that most people would want, or at least a few of those. Now if you could pick this and that out of the Exec Pack I would. Comfort Access, Parking Sensors/Rearview Camera and XM would be my picks.

Get it. The parking distance sensors and the backup camera are very useful. HUD is handy too for navigation and road warnings. They keep you safer and I'm not kidding.

I agree with all that but I guess my point is just that if you set the price right, you'll always be able to move an M3.

This is the conclusion I came to. Having had comfort access off and on, I decided I did not need it bad enough to pay 3500 extra for it (executive package plus rear shades). I got the only options I needed (black 19's, leather and extended Bluetooth).

Coming from a 335 f30 w HUD and heated sw and seats...all of which are hard to live without once you use them everyday...especially the HUD, which is convenient but also has a safety factor to it. Will def be getting exec on my F80 order.

I regret ordering it and adaptive suspension. The only thing I would really miss is CA and sat radio. HUD is overrated IMO.

Installing v3 next week so adaptive gone.

Don't have it and don't miss it. I wanted cloth seats so paying the full $4k really annoyed me. Maybe if the cost was $2.5k with cloth i might have considered it

CA and rear camera should be stand alone options (i suspect it will be on 2016 now that CA is standard)

Great to have, but I don't miss it.

The cams may have been great to have while navigating German city parking garages, but back in the states I won't need them.

If I can manage euro parking, states is a cake walk.

Again, nice package but I don't miss it.

The HUD is amazing. This is the first car that I've had that has HUD and I use it everyday. The parking sensors also have been extremely useful, and get used almost daily depending on where I park.

The one big reason I went without exec package was I hate those holes on the bumpers for the parking sensors
