Didn't had the opportunity to listen at the video at the office, but now.. It's more than decent enough for an 'aftermarket' exhaust.

Succes BMW!

Did he just say e90?! I did a double take lol.

Sounds pretty good on revs. Sounds like cat warmup start.

No, the sound is not degraded by the mobile phone's mic and it is almost as good as the real thing. I played the clip on my sound system several times before posting and the exhaust sounds as good (or bad) as you can hear in the clip.

I was standing at the rear and was surprised to hear the initial low rpm sound which I found to be aweful. It was not even a rumble and felt as if someone is trying to play 2pac on a broken speaker.

At the end the guy on the driver's seat floored it a couple of times and its where you can hear the awesome race exhaust sound. It really resembled the AMG exhaust sound and if I heard it with my eyes closed then I would have guessed the car to be C63 AMG.

I am happy to answer any more questions
Do you have any pics from the event?

titanium exhausts historically on BMW I6 motors, TT or Not (i.e. S54) all sounded like raspy fart cans. They do sound much better under load however.

A traditional stainless set up on this car should do the trick.

Can't wait.

Holy crap! My jaw just dropped at that vid. I've been an exhaust hater on the F8x but that sounds incredible and sooo angry. M-Perf exhaust is going to be a must have.

Last 10 seconds was awesome reminded me of an e46 m3 with an exhaust.

+1 I have been an exhaust hater as well. The last 20 seconds of the video was a surprise. I am big fan of E46 M3 rasp and this is equal in sound. Sounds great.

Agreed. I thought oh how great another "exhaust" video that hardly revs.

Sounds really good. Very raspy in a good way.

The car is just absolutely gorgeous. I'm sold I'm getting one for sure when the LCI is out.

That would finish of the neighborly relations on this Prius infested lane. I also would be issued the first curfew of my life. I don't think my spouse would appreciate the beauty of the sound over screaming kids after mum comes home from her evening shopping. ;D

EXACTLY!
Paying M money thus M parts should be standard. Sound reminds me of my TruCut mower. Nonetheless, my mower is sick. Is this going to be quicker than the current M5? I couldn't resist....

Under load it sounds very similar to an E46 M3 with aftermarket exhaust. Maybe even more aggressive. I like it

I am little bit disappointed that front lip blade is not CF, but I guess that will bring down the cost a bit.
I'm actually glad that it isn't CF, but I could see why some would want that though. Give me the poly version!
