If I was a betting man I would presume he meant he installed the steering wheel only and did not hook up the wires possibly to test if he liked the feel and the look of the wheel before he went full out and installed everything, thus keeping the wires “new” and “unused”.

No all M performance steering wheels deletes heated feature
