Has anyone used the kit below and could provide feedback on the piston fitment, how well everything holds up to track use and their customer service?

I just bought their kit for the rear calipers, will be rebuilding this winter. I have used RB's SS piston and seals in the past before on my old Evo and they worked very well.

Yep same idea except front. We can’t be the first. I searched and RB is mentioned but no feedback

1 season (12-13 track days) in, along with use as daily driver in the northeast, after rebuilding front and rears with their kit using high-temp boots, and the front boots look virtually brand new. For reference on front i went thru one set of PFC11s and put i think 2 days on the next set before season finished

Rebuild kit with domed SS pistons and high temp seals are a good upgrade to the Blue calipers.

Yep

The RB pistons/seals/dust boots are a worthwhile upgrade for the blue brakes, especially when combined with the Girodisc rotors

They are nice with good fitment. I also paired them with girodisc titanium brake shims.

I thought the blue brakes have the SS pistons already? I know the 6 piston have SS and thought the gold 6 piston are titanium? I got the high temp set for tracking like sly1types got and had a set of titanium shims made. I can have a set of titanium shims made for either 6 or 4 piston brakes.

Update: kit received and calipers rebuilt. All went according to plan until bleeding. First time on an F8x but have bled brakes on at least 15 other bmws. No issue. In this case i pressurized to 15 psi; cracked the bleeder, fluid came out for 3 seconds then stopped. Same thing all 4 corners. I could not get it flowing like it should. What am I missing?

Bleeding was an absolute bitch for me. I kid you not, I went through MULTIPLE liters of Castrol 1 SRF and ended up using so much that I had basically bled out all the old fluid and started bleeding out "new" fluid so I started recycling the "new" fluid to get all the bubbles out. Did this multiple times. I also had my brother pump the brakes a few times and took a mallet to the calipers to dislodge any stuck bubbles.

Might seem like a dumb question: did you make sure the pressure was holding at 15 psi?

there are two bleeders for the front brakes. Did you bleed them both?

I needed to replace my front RB dust boots after one season (blue ones). The rears look good after two seasons.

If using Ti shims be diligent about fully spreading the pistons to avoid the shim slicing the boot when inserting. (insert shim b/f pad). This may have contributed to my boots failing prematurely...although let's just pretend that I toasted them with my pro level driving skills.

I used their kits on my old Evo with great results. Not sure on the M4.

Excellent rebuild kit for blue calipers. Domed steel pistons are a huge upgrade that will minimize heat transfer to the calipers. Addition of high temp dust shields and Ti backing plates are also worth it if upgrading the blue calipers.

I am making TI shims for BOTH 6 AND 4 piston BMW F8x calipers for sale. This is a bit premature but I don't have a price now. They should be <$100 per end, F/R for either. Prototype in hand below.

What’s the thickness of your Ti plates? Is it possible to install them with new full thickness pads?

SYT_Shadow I replaced them with the above kit after easily melting them at Road Atlanta...hense Ti plates and cooling ducts. Yes, my steering ball joint will melt with no shroud...

M3SQRD They will be 2mm or less (lower RH corner of the plate) and yes they should be able to be installed with OE thickness pads but some manufacturers make different thicknesses.
