PSA to the guy in the grey M3 with pa plates driving south on 295 in nj with blacklin

Driving south on 295 toward 42 around mile marker 30 at 230 pm today. The car was a grey m3 with blackline tail lights pa plates. I was driving the black 3 series behind you, i tried to get your attention but it didn't work, not sure if you have an account but thought it was worth a shot. Your blackline taillights are malfunctioning they keep flickering. Not sure if it's the warm/cold checks but they were going crazy while I was driving behind you

Was it during braking? He could have the euro braking feature coded in. If not, ignore this.

either that or a 2015 pre-lci that never got the taillights coded.

It was sporadic not just when he was braking
