FS 2016 M3 DCT Black 138K

Thinking of selling my 2016 Black on Black M3 DCT 138K.
Bought from Performance BMW St.Cathrines a couple of years ago had around 100k I am the second owner. No accidents, has EDC.
Bone stock, no mods. Only Active sound disabled
Maintenance :
FEB 2023 done at RMP in Etobicoke : Valve cover gasket / sparkplugs / DCT service / Diff fluid service.
2024 : brake fluid / front upper and lower control arms / both belts and tensioner and both idler pulleys.
I also did ceramic coating Exterior and Interior.
Oil changes every 8k
Should not need anything at all / no error lights / no leaks / no noises.

Exterior is in good shape considering the mileage/ some minor dents / scuffs / front bumper has some stone chips as well / curb rash on wheels

located in GTA west but can meet anywhere GTA or around.

Only serious inquiries, no rush to sell I know I will regret selling it lol

Car has a lean with BMW finance, but can clear it in a couple of days before finalizing the sale.

Comes with both 18 OE winters on continental winters / and 19 OE black wheels on summer tires bought end of last summer.
