New Dinan Midpipe Touches Cross Brace.. Need Recomendation

I installed a new Dinan midpipe and rear section in the car last week. Dinan only gives you washers to space the cross brace down a little bit. Do any of you know where i can get some longer screws and something nicer than a stack of washers to stop the exhaust from tapping on this thing?

Having the same issue. Going to use 4 washers to create separation. Poor job by Dinan

Nothing to be worried about. Not like the washers can be seen.

Glad I hit the pause button before purchasing the X-pipe. Any pics of the area of concern?

It's not a big concern. You just need to add more washers than what they provide to create distance otherwise you will have a vibration. Other than that no other issues

My installer just added a couple of washers. No problems.

Loosen everythig up on both sets of clamps, get padded jack on the x brace and jack up, tighten. Voila, no more clearance issues.

Did this on the one an only install I worked on for the Dinan cross brace. NO washers needed.

What a disappointment though. Make it fit right in the jig and this should never be an issue.

So that's the legendary Dinan quality... go buy more washers at Home Depot and hope it doesn't rattle anymore.
