TPMS for F80
Do all F80 M3s use the same sensors? What is the difference between 36106856209 and 36106881890 (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...agId=36_2027)?
Thank you |

I just picked up '17 M3 last month and needed to order TPMS for winter setup. Dealer informed me that PN updated and ..209 was superceded in Jan '17 by 36-10-6-881-890. FWIW, I purchased ...890 on this recommendation and they work perfectly in my Jan build F80 M3.
Screen shot from my order...

I have a mix of those sensors (3 of the 890 and 1 of the 209) on my aftermarket wheels and can confirm I didn't have any issues

All matters best thing do to is get a set of 4 sensors and have a shop program each set of rims to the cars TPMS module then you won't have any issues when changing rims that's what I did summer and winter tires works great I have a TPMS and a obd2 scanners did it all with my own equipment very easy once you get the hang
