So in melbourne - pouring rain and traffic/traffic lights. Water will get into the engine bay?

Over thinking it

Plenty of cars have vented hoods, Ferrari's and lambos especially

It’s a great looking hood. I’ve said that.

Just an honest question as I was surprised from a design perspective that the engine bay would get very wet washing the car. And in truth I’ve never owned a car with a vented bonnet.

Have been through plenty of rain with the GTS. Never a problem with engine bay. But traction can be if not careful...
